Reinstall Grub Bootloader After Windows Wipes it Out

1) Boot a LiveCD

2) open a Terminal / Console

3) become root

  • su or sudo -s

run grub

  • grub

type the following commands

  • root (hd0,0)
  • setup (hd0)
  • quit

reboot

finished – grub should work again 😀
