– download and install Java Runtime Environment (JRE)
– download and install the C/C++ Compiler CygWin (FULL install)
– download and extract Eclipse IDE
– add “C:\cygwin\bin” to your PATH environment variable
– start Eclipse and create HelloWorld Test Project and compile 😀
